The weather report was changing up the vibe every few hours with today’s forecast changing from rain to snow and back again but the bare feet in the kitchen test proved that the barometer doesn’t lie and we are firmly in the plus temperatures today as well. Currently light to moderate rain is falling on the valley and with positive temperatures measured higher than the top lifts and Goryu reporting 0 cms new snow we can assume it just wasn’t cold enough up there for popsicles to stay lickity-sick.
The good news is that the freezing level is lowering through the day and we can expect snow from late afternoon/evening with flurries continuing through the week.
