MEET TEAM EVERGREEN

MEET THE GUIDES, INSTRUCTORS AND ADMIN STAFF

No one in Japan guides like us! Evergreen has grown to where we can now provide quality tours & instruction for up to hundreds of people a day. We couldn’t have done it without the help of all our staff over the years – thanks to everyone who has been and/or is currently involved!

We have an amazing group of managers and supervisors who work to make the staff and client experience the best it can be, and the best support staff we could ask for! Our dedicated staff of enthusiastic, professional guides and instructors love the outdoors and showing the best that Hakuba has to offer. All staff are trained in their field of expertise and all are certified in First Aid & CPR. Contact us, we come from all over the world, and we are excited to be here and to guide you in the finest mountains of Japan, Hakuba’s Northern Japan Alps.
