This bike tour is perfect for families with children, novice to intermediate riders, or those looking for a scenic peddle around Hakuba. We ride scenic trails around mountain rivers, weave through forest trails and rice fields and show beautiful parts of Hakuba you might otherwise miss.

We typically operate our Downhill Tours at Iwatake Mountain Bike Park which has great downhill trails catering to different levels. During a half day tour, we normally do 2 runs from top to bottom, using the Gondola. It costs 4,800 yen for a day pass, 4,200 yen for 3 rides, 3,600 yen for 2 rides, 2,400 yen per ride.
If you are experienced mountain biker and prefer natural mountain trails, we load everything into our vans and provide transport to the top of the hills on the Eastern side of Hakuba. Practice riding techniques while gazing out upon stunning views of the Hakuba Mountain Range. Experience riding some of Hakuba's single-track downhill on well-maintained Specialized & Kona MTB's!
Level 5 required. For information on our Skill and Fitness levels - CLICK HERE
As well as the half-day and full-day options, we also offer customised multi-day tours. There is no better way to see the back roads of Nagano than on a guided mountain bike tour. From our centrally located base in Hakuba we can venture out on numerous extended day trips. A moderate level of fitness and a desire to seek out the back roads of rural Japan are all that you need. We can create a custom tour plan for your group or you can inquire about some of our trip ideas.
