Hakuba Snow Report November 27th

The skifields were stoked with the snow before the long weekend meaning they could open! The slopes were packed Saturday/Sunday with rain descending on the valley Monday. Temperatures are cold enough that there are still patches of unmelted snow around the valley but warm enough that we saw relatively heavy rain Monday and Tuesday with clear skies yesterday. Rain is forecast from tonight through tomorrow, easing Saturday and possible showers Sunday.

Hakuba Goryu, 47 and Happo are running gondolas and some top lifts…we will be back on the runs following the next big dump.

TEMPERATURE IN THE VALLEY: 6 degrees C
