Hakuba Snow Report December 26

Bluebird day today, no fresh snow but nice groomed runs. Relatively quiet day on the slopes after the long weekend and Christmas. Snow possible over the weekend. Enjoy…

Backcountry Travel Advisory:

Nice clear day and cold temperatures. Good day for hiking and snow pit evaluations. Still watch out for the lee slopes which got a heavy load from the winds and unstable cornices. Exercise caution on solar aspects as the day progresses and remember only go out the back with the right gear and a team of people who know what they’re doing.
