A lot of rain in the valley last night. Sure it was snow up there somewhere but with Goryu reporting a base of 75cms this morning it seems everywhere got hammered.
Clear day today with temps measured at plus 1 degrees on top and around 5/6 in the valley. Strong winds however have closed Goryu, 47 and Happo this morning…check with skifields as they plant to start them moving when the wind slows. Tsugaike is running.
Forecast is for rain tomorrow (fingers crossed for snow up top) and snow on Sunday with warm temperatures through next week.
