It has been a cloudy and grey color day here after a mild night last night. But we did start off with some snowfall overnight, with resorts reporting around 5cm or so on the mountains. Gradually during the day the cloud has cleared from lower slopes though there is still a fair bit of cloud shrouding the upper areas of the resorts around and some light snow falling in places. Hopefully we will get a bit more snowfall later on and overnight though temperatures are remaining in that ‘mild’ zone right now. Come Monday we should see the temperatures drop once again and then from Tuesday/Wednesday things are looking promising for some good snowfall to arrive and put smiles on our faces. Hopefully it should be snowing through until the end of the week. Fingers crossed. Good news about the top Grad quad lift at Happo – they plan to have it operating from tomorrow. |
