Includes
Raft, life vest, paddle, wetsuit, rafting helmet, insurance, tax, trained guides (Swift Water Rescue Technician), onsen at the end of the trip. Add 100 yen extra for insurance.

What to bring
Rain gear, clothes and shoes that can get wet (no sandals), a change of clothes, towel, water, cap, sunscreen.

Head out with local guides to go rafting on Hakuba Valley’s Himekawa (Princess River). A technical class 2 whitewater river with great views of the Hakuba mountain range. Both morning and afternoon tours are available and we welcome big groups to join in. After a whitewater ride down the river, a relaxing soak in one of Hakuba’s mineral onsen is included in the price. Please be aware that outside the recommended season this river can be quite tame and is not recommended for thrill-seekers but more for families with children/first-time rafters.

A Tour : 8:30AM sign in ~ 12:00PM
B Tour: 11:00AM sign in ~ 2:30PM
C Tour: 13:30 sign in ~ 17:00 finish
*May and June - A & C Tours only. July and September A & C run every day, B on weekends only. August all tours run every day.

Recommended season
May 1st ~ July 10th (Spring snowmelt)
