Firefly Canoe Tour
One of the most amazing night tours you will experience in Japan. From our base at Lake Aokiko, load into into a Voyageur Canoe and with a guide paddle through the natural habitat of the glowing Aokiko fireflies. By canoe we can get right under the branches where the fireflies are and they literally light up the night over our heads and around our canoe. If you are here in the summer months, it is definitely a must see!

From mid July till the end of August (approximate dates)
Tours will be canceled in the case of rain.

”A” Tour 19:40-20:40 ”B” Tour 20:45-21:45
Age:
From 4 years old (we ask children are accompanied by a parent and that they will not detract from the peaceful, mellow vibe of the tour)
What to bring:
Appropriate dress for paddling, warm jacket or sweater for cooler evenings on the lake.
What is included:
Life Jacket, paddle, guide, insurance, sales tax, shuttle to and from Hakuba to lake.
