Free Riding is just like the name implies, riding pretty much anything the area has to offer. Technical skill and balance are a prerequisite for this type of riding as we will be practicing narrow structure riding techniques, jumps, drops, steeps, hill climbing and cross-country riding. Shocks are not essential for this type of riding but it sure softens the impact for us mere mortals. The Free-Ride is an intense half-day tour that covers a huge range of riding techniques as well as a large part of the Hakuba area - you must be fit and ready-to-ride.
