How to get to Hakuba:
The easiest way to get to Hakuba will be to take the Shinkansen from Tokyo or Ueno Station to Nagano where we will pick you up at 20:30 and shuttle you to the Phoenix Hotel in Hakuba to arrive around 21:45 to unload bags and enjoy a welcome drink and light snack.
The following train would be the last possibility for pick up at 20:30:
Depart Tokyo at 18:44 from Platform 22.
Arrive Nagano at 20:30 on Platform 11.
Cost: ¥8170. Time: 1hour 46min.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be at the very luxurious Phoenix Hotel. Rooms will be dual occupancy twin bed set up.
Single occupancy is also a possibility but there would be a single room additional charge.
