Evergreen's Complimentary Shuttle Service

Evergreen offers a complimentary pick-up service to take you to our Snow Sports School for all lessons and tours except Powder Clinics, Backcountry & Off Piste Tours. We operate similar to any standard bus service with set bus stops and times. If you wish to request the complimentary shuttle service, please provide us with your hotel when making a booking and we will let you know your bus stop and time. The bus stops are easy to find - just ask your lodge owner on arrival. Reservation at least the day before by 5:00 PM is necessary. We can take all those in lessons and up to 2 parents/guardians for children - thank you for your understanding..

Please note that the Evergreen pick up service is a complimentary service provided for our customers however it is not the only transport service provided. There are several free shuttles and buses as well as Hotel vans (at certain Hotels). Please ask your accommodation for details. Alternatively, from Happo-one ski slopes it is very easy to ski directly to our On-Mountain office, you can see from the Happo One Ski Resort map that if you take the Sakka Quad or Sakka Double lift it is just a short ski over to the Kokusai area. We ask that if you are making your own way to our sign-in office to please be at the office between 08:30-09:15 for morning lessons and 12:30-13:15 for afternoon lessons.

Due to weather conditions, high demand and traffic congestion in the Winter season we are unable to completely guarantee our drivers will be at the stop for these times. Also, if you are late, the bus cannot wait for you as it will keep others waiting - thank you for your understanding and your effort to be on time.
