Hibiki’s Internship Blog – Day 2

・Checked and prepared the gears for lake tours- June 1st

Hello. This is Hibiki, and I’m going to tell you a little bit about my experience at Evergreen today. Today, our guides went to Aoki Lake and prepared for the canoeing and kayaking tours. They inspected canoes and kayaks at Aoki Lake in the morning, and I helped them from the afternoon to check lifejackets, rainwear, drysuits, and so on. During June, the guides at Evergreen are busy training and preparing for every tour to welcome many customers from the beginning of the high season (July to August).

Before I started my internship within Evergreen, I had not known that Evergreen’s guides really focus on the preparation of each tour. Today, I realized that customer’s satisfaction is directly related to guide training, quality checks, and preparation of the tours. These are key to successful tours and satisfied the customers.

Evergreen offers lake activities, such as kayaking, canoeing, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard), canoe picnic, and night time firefly canoe tours. We look forward to meeting you and invite you to participate in one or all of Evergreen’s lake tours. I know you will have an amazing time in Hakuba!! I am.

If you are interested in any of Evergreen’s activities, please check http://www.evergreen-hakuba.com/en/green-season/. If you have any question, please contact us.
See you in Hakuba!!!
