Corporate Team Building

Taking a day or a weekend away in the Japan Alps is the perfect way for corporate groups to challenge themselves; we can arrange everything from your everyday activities, accommodation and food to your transport to the Japan Alps. We understand that corporate groups often need a place to hold conferences or meetings whilst away from the office and we are able to provide a venue with a beautiful back drop to conduct these meetings.

Here at the Evergreen Outdoor Center we have a number of varied outdoor activities to suit all levels of ability, and to meet different needs within the group. Depending on the goal we organize 2 or 3 day team building events that work on a step-by-step basis, which are a fun and challenging getaway for business groups. There are various ways to achieve these goals and we outline just some of our activities below (we can also arrange day trips to concentrate on one particular aspect of team building, and week-long packages for more in-depth development - contact us for schedules).

Location:
We are located in Hakuba Village in Nagano Prefecture. From our base here at the Wadanonomori Visitor Center we will utilize the natural areas, parks, trails and waterways for your team building experience. Day 1 will begin at the Evergreen Outdoor Center and then move to your accommodation for the evening section. Day 2 will begin from your accommodation then move by bus to Aokiko Lake where we will begin the days program of the “Salt Road Adventure Challenge”, this will finish at Green Sports campsite. Day 3 (Peak Performance Journey Package) will begin from your accommodation and move to the advanced team challenges areas.

Accommodation:
As a four season resort town, Hakuba has many places to choose from. For our team building programs we use Sierra Resort that has all the amenities and facilities your group will need. Sierra Resort is a secluded, quiet luxury resort hotel that is ideal for corporate retreats. We understand that corporate groups often need a place to hold conferences or meetings whilst away from the office and Sierra Resort can provide a venue with a beautiful back-drop to conduct these meetings.

Pricing:
Our unique adventure based team building programs can be arranged as a package where accommodation/meals/transport and activities are included in the total price. We are also happy to create a customized program to suit your company’s needs. A typical 2 day corporate team building program is approximately 30,000 yen per person, and a typical 3 day program is approximately 45,000 yen per person. This includes all programs, activities and instruction, insurance, 3 lunches, one onsen, event T-shirt and transport in and around Hakuba.
