GETTING TO EVERGREEN
HOW TO GET TO EVERGREEN IN HAKUBA
Evergreen Outdoor Center’s main location (Kokusai Base), open year-round, is located on the slopes of Happo-one Skifield’s “Kokusai” Slope.
In Winter this is also our base for Evergreen International Ski School, though we also operate at several of the ski resorts in the area. For Ski School locations and information please click here.
In Summer we also operate at Lake Aoki (Aokiko) – see below for more info.
WHERE IN JAPAN IS HAKUBA?
Hakuba is located 300km North-West of Tokyo. Travel options include driving, Highway Bus, Shinkansen and bus and direct train.
WHERE IN HAKUBA IS EVERGREEN?
Evergreen Outdoor Center’s main office (Green Season Tours / Ski School Bookings & Sign-in) is located on the lower section of Happo-one’s Kokusai Course, with plentiful parking available nearby.

Evergreen Outdoor Center runs our lake tours (Canoe, Canoe Picnic, Downriver, Firefly Canoe Tour, Kayak) from the Aokiko Camping Ground at Lake Aoki.
*we run shuttles for the Night Firefly Canoe Tour. For all other tours we prefer guests make their own way to the lake, but please let us know at time of booking if you do not have transport.
